'A Pocket Full of Posies' was Brendan Smith's final year graduate collection from Melbourne School of Fashion
in 2013. Brendan described the collection as "A vintage travelling trunk for a haute couture human doll. Each look is
playful, glamorous, royal, chic, va va voom with a hint of cheekiness. There's nothing else to be desired."

 

This collection explores exaggerated feminine silhouettes with lavish hiplines, moulded bustiers, resin corsetry, sheer
framing of overlays and underlays, contoured bodysuits and cocooned necklines. Designed and made from luxurious
vintage and modern fabrics and trims, featuring delicate appliquéd French lace, soft tulles and sequinned faux fur
with hints of neutral blush, beige colours with a shimmer of gold detailing.
