THE BIG DAY

Even though every wedding is unique, there are some parts that many weddings share. From the preparations;
both bride and groom getting ready for the big day, to the party once the ceremony (and nerves!) have passed.
Here is a look behind the wedding of Michelle and Gary, at each of the stages and the kind of photography I take.
I try and take a mix of styled portraits and casual intimate shots that arise naturally. At times I'm like a ninja(!)
making sure I don't disturb your ceremony while still getting the best shots and angles for your beautiful memories.
And others I like to have a laugh and make the family shots and couple portraits as fun and memorable as can be.
I love weddings so much. I wouldn't photograph them if I didn't. I want to be a part of your day that is enjoyable –
rather than pausing the wedding to do the portraits I want it to be a fun part of the experience of the whole day.
Let's face it: you wanted the photos of this great milestone in your lives, and you've spent the money on this
investment of a record of a day that only comes once. You want someone like me who will get the shots you want.
Someone who will listen to your requests but also come up with spontaneous ideas, someone who will find the
best angles, backgrounds and knows what they are doing. I chase the light and shadows to get beautiful
colours and shades.

I customize your wedding photography to your needs and desires.
For Michelle and Gary, I started the day with before shots at the venue, photos of Michelle getting ready at home and Gary getting prepared with his groomsmen where he was staying.
